An increasing number of immunization resources are available on the MDCH immunization website. The Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) are now posted online, along with the Yellow Fever Vaccine Provider Application, the recently released Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention Program Manual, and much, much more.
The Health Promotion Clearinghouse is funded by the Michigan Department of Community Health. The Clearinghouse provides materials produced by the Michigan Department of Community Health to promote healthier lifestyles for a healthier Michigan. www.healthymichigan.com
Michigan Immunization Update Newsletters
Send an email message to franklinr@michigan.gov. Enter the word SUBSCRIBE in the SUBJECT field. You will be added to the list, and you will begin receiving the Michigan Immunization Update newsletters three times a year. In addition, you will receive the Michigan Department of Community Health Fall Regional Immunization Conferences brochure on an annual basis (in July of each year).
